Friendliest office staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Dr. Gill was very pleasant. He laid out a plan for fixing the areas of my mouth that were in need of attention.

I have been going to Norman & Gill Dentist /ry I/ for a number of years now since moving to Greensboro and I have found the service and the professional air second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend a caring family practice such as Norman and Gill. The Support staff goes about their daily duties with professional air and confidence and as a medical practitioner myself, I appreciate that!

I’ve always been happy with my treatment at Dr. Gill’s office! Everyone - the hygienists and office personnel and Dr. Gill, himself are top notch! They keep well to scheduling, provide fee transparency, never pressure you into work you don’t need and help prioritize & time work you need so you don’t go broke! They stay abreast of technology and current advances in dentistry. I also think the low staff turnover indicates a healthy work environment, which I’m glad to support. I’ve been with them from the beginning and plan to stay.

Consistently a pleasant experience! When I walk in, the receptionist offers a personal greeting. Waiting room is quiet, clean, comfortable with a nice spacious restroom when needed. My hygienist, Kim, is always kind and welcoming. I enjoy seeing her every 6 months. She is engaged, asking questions about my family while she cleans my teeth. Last time she wrote a sticky note to remind me to be gentle when flossing and I kept her note on my bathroom mirror. We all need a reminder to be gentle with ourselves sometimes! Dr Gill is efficient but pauses to connect and listen. I continue to return even though I have to pay out of pocket. It’s worth it to know I’m receiving excellent dental care. Highly recommend this practice! They truly care for you as a person.
